1. General Terms

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of travel-related services, including:

  • Car Rentals

  • Other travel-related support

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment or full payment, as applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, government regulations, or supplier revisions.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information (e.g., passport details, travel dates).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email or contact form).

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the cancellation policy of airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors.

  • Service fees charged by TrueNorth DMC are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be given for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary cancellations after the trip begins.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits, vaccination certificates, insurance, etc.).

  • TrueNorth DMC is not responsible for refusal of entry, deportation, or additional costs arising due to incomplete/incorrect travel documents.

6. Liability & Limitations

  • TrueNorth DMC acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, embassies, etc.).

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, damages, or expenses caused by third parties, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service in question.

7. Force Majeure

TrueNorth DMC is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or government actions.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage, and other unforeseen events.

9. Conduct of Travelers

  • Customers must comply with local laws, regulations, and customs of the country they are visiting.

  • Any misconduct or unlawful activity may result in cancellation of services without refund.
